ON — Workflow
I just finished a new tutorial demonstrating how to adapt a classic creative pipeline for a sports brand using On as a fictive example (this is not an official project with On). The entire process was built in Weavy.ai, which made it incredibly smooth to maintain visual and conceptual consistency throughout.
The tutorial walks through four key steps: building and refining an AI model, styling it with On products for instant product shots, creating mood imagery by blending campaign references with AI-generated visuals, and producing short video clips that could easily live on a website or other brand touchpoints.
The goal is to show how AI can unify an entire content pipeline—from stills to mood shots to video—while maintaining full creative control. This is just the beginning: in the next tutorial, I’ll take it a step further and attempt a fully AI-generated commercial.
And since On is based here in Zurich, maybe we should go for a run together sometime.
